1.1 To place an order visit www.suvaifoods.co.uk and register an account with us.

1.2 To register an account at our website, you will be asked to enter your email id and other personal details, a password is generated and send to your email. Login in at https://suvaifoods.co.uk and update your account details or just shop and checkout, the system will save your details so that you don’t need to input them next time you shop.

2.1 You may place online orders to us on our website at any time.

2.2 No order is accepted until our website displays the message “Thank you for your order”. Once order is placed you shall be receiving an acknowledgement email form our end as a confirmation

2.3. Please check all the items carefully against the invoice when you receive your order, to make sure you have received what you ordered.

2.4. Missing items must be informed within 2 hours of receiving your order. If an item is found to be missing from your order, or you have received the wrong product, we will do our best to deliver it ASAP or will add a store credit to your Suvai account, which you can redeem in your next purchase or later.

2.5 If there are any changes in the delivery address / contact details made between submission of order and delivery date, customers are to update Suvai Foods at least 24 hours prior to delivery.

3.1 If you are unsatisfied with any of the items in your order or any part of the delivery service please contact us – either by email or phone.

3.2 As we sell perishable goods, we ask that you inspect the food once you receive your order. If you are unhappy with the goods, please contact us immediately (within 2 hours of receiving your order). We will try to exchange or refund any item or credit that amount to your Suvai account.

3.3 If an incorrect item has been delivered, please notify us as soon as possible. We will replace the incorrect item as soon as possible or credit that amount to your Suvai account.
